San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a proposal to establish a Navigation Center for homeless youth in the Lower Nob Hill neighborhood on 888 Post Street. While previous Navigation Center announcements stirred up considerable debate---such as the notorious political struggle over the Embarcadero Navigation Center last year---this announcement was met with little visible initial opposition, though that may change as the planning process unfolds.
