Helping the City\'s Most Vulnerable

The Chronicle provides a deep dive into the effort to coordinate services in real time between City Departments for 237 of the City’s most vulnerable. Four months into the effort are bearing fruit for clients and illuminating where clients are falling through the cracks, resulting in getting more frequent fliers off the street and into services. For clients, the ability to receive a service in that moment and “skip the line” is the difference-maker. One must strike while the iron is hot after all.
