PG&E is set to announce its introductory plan to emerge from bankruptcy on Monday. The plan should include a tentative valuation of the company, investment options to fund the reorganization, and some signs of how the company will compensate wildfire victims.

Locally, Mayor London Breed and City Attorney Dennis Herrera, made an opening offer to buy PG&E’s San Francisco power lines and electrical infrastructure for $2.5 billion.
