No Way Out, Nowhere to Go

Thousands of families in San Francisco live in SROs and all of them are classified as homeless, but are not getting the help and support they need. The current structure of how SF defines homelessness and who gets priority defines families living in an SRO as low- or no- priority. Mayor Breed has agreed to work with organizations and the city to address the needs of families living in SROs.
