In a statement released by Mayor London Breed on Monday, she announced that she would be pushing for a $300-million housing bond to be placed on the 2020 ballot. This would be in addition to a $600-million bond on the 2020 ballot for city-wide earthquake safety upgrades.

Breed called this bond “a key part” of her strategy to “help keep our communities stable.”
