RV Legislation - Can it Work?

Supervisor Hillary Ronen plans to introduce legislation to create a centralized parking are for the roughly 550 RV’s and cars used as housing as a more common sense and humane alternative to simply banning RV’s from certain streets.

Jeff Kositsky, the director of the department of homeless services, expressed agreement with the concept but concern about the plan, stating that “Almost every community that has attempted to address this problem has failed”.
