The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing is set to roll out the "Rising Up" campaign aimed at stepping up the City's efforts to help homeless youth find housing and jobs.  The goal of the campaign is to cut youth homelessness in half by 2023.

City officials are partnering with local nonprofits on funding and implementation of the campaign.  Charitable organization Tipping Point has pledged $3 million to support the effort, and Larkin Street Youth will run point on coordinating with the City, donors, and the private sector.
