New Vote By Mail Policy Facing Push Back

Secretary of State Alex Padilla is facing push back in some parts of the state as he works to convince counties to adopt SB540, the state's new law requiring every registered voter to be mailed a ballot. The spirit of the law is to make voting easier and more accessible to more Californians. While California counties have the option to participate, places like Orange County, are pushing back, saying the plan will only increase voter fraud.
