Newsopoly?

If three out of four of San Francisco’s most widely distributed English newspapers were under one roof would it constitute a monopoly or would it be considered an austerity measure meant to keep printed newspapers alive in our tech-first city? I love reading from my 4.8 inch mobile phone screen (ahem, not an iPhone user), but I also love filling in the crossword with a pen. Let’s hope I can continue to do both.
